Originally from Steamboat Springs, Avalena Everard brings a relationship-driven and thoughtful approach to real estate throughout Washington’s King and Pierce County markets. Since beginning her career in 2021, she has focused on creating a client experience rooted in clear communication, strategic guidance, and genuine support through every stage of the buying and selling process.
A graduate of the University of Puget Sound with a degree in Business, Avalena combines analytical thinking with a calm, approachable presence. She understands that real estate is not only a major financial decision, but often a deeply personal transition, and she is passionate about helping clients feel informed, confident, and well-supported throughout the process.
Avalena works with buyers, sellers, and relocating clients across the greater Seattle and Tacoma areas, bringing a modern perspective on marketing, negotiation, and client service. Outside of real estate, Avalena has a deep love for travel, the outdoors, and staying active. Growing up in Colorado fostered her appreciation for skiing, adventure, and community — values that continue to shape both her personal life and the way she approaches relationships with clients today.
